Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns will be processed after the item(s) are received and have been inspected and determined the item(s) are in their original condition (original condition means condition the item(s) was/were in prior to leaving the possession of Ryansresellz and shipped to the customer). Please allow up to 5 business days from when the item is received by Ryansresellz for your return to be processed and either approved or denied. 

You may return an item within 14 days after receipt of delivery (14 days from when tracking shows item was delivered to customers shipping address) so long as the item(s) are in the original condition (original condition means condition the item(s) was/were in prior to leaving the possession of Ryansresellz and shipped to the customer) for a full refund minus a 15% restock fee. Products must be in the condition they were in prior to being shipped to the customer and in the original box and/or package, unused/unworn and/or unopened. Items worn, stained or damaged in any way cannot be returned. IF YOU DO SHIP SUCH ITEMS TO US, RYANSRESELLZ WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING, REFUNDING OR RETURNING SUCH ITEMS TO YOU. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES! Our 14-day return policy does not apply to ANY sale items. 

Shipping and handling is not refundable on Any and ALL returns. 

All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip. If you do not provide the original packing slip with the return your return will not be processed and RYANSRESELLZ WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING OR RETURNING SUCH ITEM(S) TO YOU.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 16 Sconticut Neck Road, PMB 237, Fairhaven, MA 02719. Customer provides their own return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you believe the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges

We do not exchange item(s).


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or denied. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, the amount of the purchase price of the item less the 15% restock fee, on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ryansresellz@gmail.com.
